What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer Australia-wide shipping for all our furniture and homewares. Delivery times vary by location: metro orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, while regional areas may take up to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I see your furniture in person before purchasing?
Yes, we have a flagship showroom located in Richmond, Victoria, where you can experience our curated collections and speak with our interior design consultants. For those outside of Melbourne, we offer detailed product videos and material swatches upon request.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We want you to love your space. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return period for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs apply. Custom-made or 'Made to Order' pieces are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Do you offer assembly services?
Many of our larger furniture items include a 'White Glove' delivery option at checkout, which includes professional assembly and removal of all packaging materials. For standard deliveries, items are shipped with comprehensive instructions and all necessary hardware for easy self-assembly.

To maintain the beauty of your timber pieces, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and use coasters or placemats to protect the surface. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one, avoiding harsh chemicals.
